Tamara Pearl, RCC, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has worked in the field of healing for over 20 years. Her approach draws on somatic therapies, expressive arts therapy, EMDR, self-compassion, and other modalities, with a particular interest in healing personal, intergenerational, collective, and cultural trauma.

Tamara taught counselling as an adjunct faculty member at Adler University for four years and worked at the Chopra Addiction and Wellness Centre. She has also facilitated individual and group psychedelic-assisted therapy at Numinus Vancouver and Roots to Thrive. In 2023, she completed the Graduate Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy at Vancouver Island University and trained in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), which has since become a central focus of her practice.

With warmth and compassion, Tamara helps clients reconnect with their somatic intuition and embodied wisdom, supporting insight and healing that emerge from within. Her work invites an appreciation of the mythopoetic beauty of the psyche, helping people cultivate agency, delight, meaning, and a renewed sense of wonder.
